Our Commitment
At YAXΞ Technologies, we aim to deliver a seamless experience. All international data plan purchases are subject to this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before purchasing.
1. Eligible Refunds
A full refund will be issued in the following situations:
- The eSIM QR code was not delivered to your email after payment
- The eSIM cannot be activated due to a verified technical failure on our end
- A duplicate payment was made for the same order
- The purchased plan is verified as unavailable for your destination
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued where:
- The eSIM has already been activated or any data has been used
- The customer confirmed device compatibility at checkout but the device is not compatible
- The customer purchased the wrong plan or destination
- The customer changed their mind after purchase
- Network speed or coverage dissatisfaction within normal operator conditions
- Incorrect installation steps were followed by the customer
- The refund request is made more than 7 days after purchase
3. Device Compatibility
At checkout, all customers are required to confirm:
- Their device supports eSIM technology
- Their device is carrier-unlocked
This confirmation is recorded at time of purchase and constitutes agreement that the device is compatible. Refunds will not be issued on the basis of device incompatibility after this confirmation is made.
4. Evidence We May Request
To process a refund claim, we may request:
- Screenshot of error message during activation
- Device model and IMEI/EID number
- Proof of non-delivery (email inbox screenshot)
- Installation steps attempted
5. Fraud Prevention
We actively monitor all orders for fraudulent activity, chargeback abuse, and misuse. For every order, we retain:
- Order timestamp and payment ID
- QR delivery log and activation timestamp
- IP address and device information
- Email delivery confirmation
- Customer compatibility confirmation at checkout
Accounts involved in fraudulent refund claims or chargeback abuse will be permanently restricted from future purchases. This evidence will be submitted to payment providers and banks in any dispute.
6. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 5–15 business days depending on your payment provider and bank.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@yaxe.app within 7 days of purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
