By accessing or using YAXΞ Technologies ("YAXΞ", "we", "us") at yaxe.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Our Service
YAXΞ provides eSIM data plans for international travelers. We act as a reseller of eSIM services powered by our network partners. Our service allows you to:
- Purchase eSIM data plans for 190+ countries
- Pay in Indian Rupees (₹) via UPI
- Receive your eSIM as a QR code via email
- Activate and use data internationally
3. Eligibility
You must have an eSIM-compatible, carrier-unlocked device to use our eSIM plans. Our service is available to anyone with a compatible device and a valid UPI payment method.
4. Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹). Payment is processed via UPI through our secure payment gateway. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount. All sales are final unless covered by our Refund Policy.
5. eSIM Delivery & Activation
Upon successful payment, your eSIM QR code will be delivered to your registered email address. You are responsible for ensuring your device is compatible with eSIM technology before purchase. YAXΞ is not responsible for incompatibility issues arising from your device.
6. Fair Use
Our eSIM plans are for personal use only. Commercial use, reselling, or using our eSIMs for illegal activities is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
7. Limitation of Liability
YAXΞ is not liable for network outages, coverage gaps, or service interruptions caused by our network partners. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected plan.
