Most modern smartphones support eSIM including iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked. To check on iPhone: go to Settings → General → About → look for "Available SIM" or "Digital SIM".

If your eSIM fails to activate through no fault of your own, we'll refund you fully. Once the eSIM is activated and data is used, refunds are not available.

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone — no physical card needed. You activate it by scanning a QR code. Unlike a regular SIM, you don't need to visit a store or swap cards. Your Indian SIM and eSIM work simultaneously — use your Indian number for calls and WhatsApp, use the eSIM for data abroad.
Activate your eSIM before you board your flight — while you still have Indian data. Once you land abroad, simply toggle on the eSIM data line in your phone settings. Your data will be ready the moment you land. Do NOT activate while on your Indian network expecting it to work in India — eSIM plans only work on international networks.
If the QR code doesn't scan, you can enter the activation details manually. Your delivery email includes both the QR code and a manual entry option (SM-DP+ address and activation code). If you still face issues, email support@yaxe.app immediately and our team will respond within 2 hours.
Yes! Your Indian SIM stays active for calls and WhatsApp. The YAXΞ eSIM only handles data — your WhatsApp number, Indian calls, and OTPs all continue working normally. You get the best of both worlds: Indian number + cheap international data.
iPhone: Settings → Mobile Data → select YAXΞ eSIM line → turn on Data Roaming. Android: Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → select eSIM → enable Mobile Data. Make sure "Data Roaming" is turned on for the eSIM line.
Log in to your YAXΞ account at yaxe.app → My Orders. You can see your active plan, data used, data remaining, and days until expiry in real time.
We do not store your UPI credentials, bank details, or payment information. All transactions are processed securely through our payment gateway with full encryption. We only store order details needed to deliver your eSIM and handle support.
